HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email you received, or you can access it through the Order History section if you're a registered member of ZENICY. Can the delivery address be changed after placing the order?
Once you place an order on our website, we start preparing it for delivery fast. Therefore, we're unable to make any changes to the order or delivery address once it's been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is made on our website, we quickly begin processing it to ensure timely delivery. Regrettably, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Which countries does ZENICY ship products to?
Currently, we are shipping to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Germany, Poland, and Sweden.
My order hasn't been delivered yet. What should I do?
We offer standard delivery which usually takes 1-2 business days to arrive after your order is handled and shipped. If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please contact our Customer Support.
I want to return the products?
It is possible to return the ordered items within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. For additional information, kindly review the Delivery and Returns section.

What happens if my payment is unsuccessful?
